My absolute favorite holiday is Christmas! It reminds me of my happy childhood when I would wait patiently for an entire year to finally receive the toy I wanted and eat delicious desserts. I love the smell of festive spices around the house, like cinnamon and cloves. My mom would make filled Panettone cake, and that was a feast for the eyes. Baking holiday cakes makes me happy, I can play with classic flavors and create unique magical designs, that will bring you back to your joyful childhood.
